The core of Team OTB consists of full-time and contract consultants who are specifically selected for each project based on the skills needed to provide the client's solution. A full-time administrative staff charged with client/consultant coordination round out the team. MobileTM is a web-based portal that serves up any or all of the 18 record types in Time Matters. It works with the iPhone, Treo Palm and Windows, Blackberry, and any SmartPhone that uses the Palm, Windows or Symbian OS.

New Utilities Released

OTB Consulting introduces two new utilities ... msg2you and docs2go.


ImageImage msg2you extends the Time Matters Messenger to end users' cell phones, while docs2go makes it simple to extract documents from the Time Matters Document Management System. These new utilities join TMTools, an email attachment archiving tool, as must have utilities to help firms better utilize Time Matters.

Both utilities are designed to work with Time Matters/Front Office/Total Practice Advantage.
 
OTB Consulting Introduced

Practice Management Partners, The McNeill Group, and Out of the Box Developers are now OTB Consulting.

PMPI and The McNeill Group merged and now provide legal technology consulting, including and specializing in training, coaching, customization and implementation of Front Office/Back Office Software, as OTB Consulting. The new company is headquartered in Cary, North Carolina, with an office in the Baltimore/Washington DC area.
