Yes. As a basic proposition, the internal data syncs for Time Matters are not designed to be performed in real-time, over the air. Time Matters does provide real-time syncs to Outlook/Exchange and the Blackberry Enterprise Server which can then be used to provide real-time, over the air syncing to some SmartPhones. 

MobileTM was specifically designed to give real-time access to your data without the need to setup and maintain the Outlook/Exchange or Blackberry Enterprise Server syncs, and without requiring that you purchase those products.

MobileTM provides a more complete solution than these two over-the-air solutions, at a more economical price.
