Would MobileTM be necessary for us if we wanted to rely on live wireless sync (to our BlackBerrys) of our TM calendars and contacts (as well as other client info) in a Citrix environment with TM 9.0 Enterprise?
MobileTM allows access to most TM record types in a related view. Sync tools do not support records beyond the basic PIM record types (usually contacts, events, and todo’s), nor do they offer related access to Time Matters sublists, i.e., the ability to see all of the emails related to a specific matter.
