Pursuant to your license agreement, you are required to have an OTB Practice Area Template License for each Front Office/Back Office User License. We ask that you contact us if you upgrade Fornt Office/Back Office licenses (feel free to contact us and we would be glad to help you with your upgrade order), or submit an order form with payment for the additional users.

We will provide you with an annual reminder to check your current license count and submit payment for any additional users that you added since you purchased the OTB Practice Area Templates.

Failure to maintain the exact ratio between Front Office/Back Office and OTB Practice Area Template licenses could result in your inability to continue to use the Practice Templates.
