Practice Templates are priced on a per user license basis. The number of licensed users must match the number of the firm's Time Matters & Billing Matters™ licensed users. If you increase your Time Matters user licenses in the future, you MUST increase your OTB user licenses for each OTB Practice Template you are licensing. In other words, if you have 15 Time Matters and/or Billing Matters licenses, you must also have 15 licenses for each OTB Practice Template you license regardless of the number of the actual users within your firm that will be using the template.

Additional Practice Templates

Similar - A firm purchasing the Personal Injury Practice Template could also purchase the Workers Compensation Templates for $50 per seat.

Ordering by fax is currently the only method for ordering OTB Practice Templates. Because we need your Time Matters serial number, Time Matters should already be installed on your system before you order your OTB Practice Templates. If you are ordering our products at the same time you are ordering Time Matters, call us so we can discuss how we can coordinate the purchases.

Please use the following steps to place your order:

• Download and complete the Practice Template Order Form. Click on the order form to the right to open it in your browser; right click and select Save Target As ... to save it to your computer.
• Provide us a copy of your Time Matters serial number and licensing information using one of the two methods set out below:

• For Time Matters 6 or 7, open Time Matters
• Go to Help > System Information
  
• Press Print ... you will fax us the first page only, or
  

• For any Time Matters 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10, open Time Matters
• Go to Help > About Time Matters (you will now be able to see the serial number and licensing information)
• Hit the Print Screen (prt sc) button at the top right of your keyboard
• Open Word or WordPerfect
• Press Ctrl-V to paste the screenshot into the document
• The Time Matters screen should now appear in your document
• Print the document 
  

• Fax the completed order form and system information page or screenshot to 815-301-9588.

Orders are shipped within 48 hours or two business days of receipt of your order.

Returns & Refunds
Refund of the full purchase price (less S&H) of the Practice Templates is available within 60 days of delivery of the first purchase of each Practice Template.

To receive a refund, call 919-677-1415 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, return the Practice Template(s) by a means that provides proof of delivery, prepaid, in good condition, including all CDs and manuals, and show the RMA on the return package. A refund will be issued within 30 days of receipt of your return.

Two hours of installation service and orientation are included in the purchase price that is subject to being refunded. Services in addition to those that are included with the purchase of a Practice Template are non-refundable (e.g., if an OTB consultant spends 2 additional hours working with you on customizing your setup, doing data conversion, training, etc.).

Technical Support
Because OTB's Practice Templates are "add-ons" to Time Matters, and will likely be quickly modified to meet your firm's specific needs, the purchase of an OTB Practice Template does not include any additional technical support beyond the initial two-hours installlation and orientation session.
