The cost for the TMTools license and one hour of installation, configuration, and training services is $350 for the first user and $50 for each additional user.

TMTools is licensed for a specific Time Matters site, for Time Matters Enterprise (either SQL or MSDE) version 6 or later. The cost is based on the number of Time Matters user licenses, as shown in the Time Matters Help > About screen, regardless of how many actually use TMTools. Additional TMTools licenses must be purchased if additional Time Matters user licenses are added after the initial installation. Otherwise, TMTools will not function.

In addition, the licensee must have a Time Matters Datalink license for versions below Time Matters 9. The datalink is free. Contact Time Matters to get the downloadable link.

Additional consulting services are available as well as email attachment and Microsoft SQL consulting.

There will be an additional charge for a future edition of TMTools that runs as a service, and for any future feature enhancements, including versions of TMTools that work with future Time Matters versions.

Ordering by fax is currently the only method for ordering TMTools. Because we need your Time Matters serial number, Time Matters should already be installed on your system before you order TMTools. If you are ordering TMTools at the same time you are ordering Time Matters, call us so we can discuss how we can coordinate the purchases.

Please use the following steps to place your order:

• Download and complete the TMTools Order Form. Click on the order form to the right to open it in your browser; right click and select Save Target As ... to save it to your computer.
• Provide us a copy of your Time Matters serial number and licensing information using one of the two methods set out below:

• For Time Matters 6 or 7, open Time Matters
• Go to Help > System Information
  
• Press Print ... you will fax us the first page only, or
  

• For any Time Matters 5, 6, 7 or 8, open Time Matters
• Go to Help > About Time Matters (you will now be able to see the serial number and licensing information)
• Hit the Print Screen (prt sc) button at the top right of your keyboard
• Open Word or WordPerfect
• Press Ctrl-V to paste the screenshot into the document
• The Time Matters screen should now appear in your document
• Print the document

Time Matters Datalink License: This software requires the licensee to own a LexisNexis Time Matters Datalink License if you are using Time Matters v8. This link is free of charge from Lexis and can be ordered by calling the Lexis Sales at 1-800-328-2898.

Installation is accomplished via remote access to your computer system. One hour of installation, configuration, and training is included in the purchase price. Additional consulting services are available at $200 per hour.
