MobileTM is priced as a $100 annual subscription on a per user basis.

The annual subscription cost entitles the user to all upgrades to the program.

Firms only have to purchase the number of licenses based on the number of users who will use the program. The number of msg2you licenses does not need to match the number of Time Matters licenses that your firm has. For example, a firm that has a 10 user Time Matters license, but only has 2 attorneys that would need to use msg2you, need only purchase 2 licenses. 

Ordering by fax is currently the only method for ordering msg2you.

Please use the following steps to place your order:

• Download and complete the msg2you Order Form. Click on the order form to the right to open it in your browser; right click and select Save Target As ... to save it to your computer.
• Fax the completed order form to 815-301-9588.

Orders are emailed for download within 48 hours or two business days of receipt of your order.

msg2you is delivered as an exuctable program, licensed for a certain number of users in your firm. It takes less than a minute to install. Configuration requires that you know:

• Your SQL Server name
• SQL sa user name
• SQL sa user password
• The name of the your Time Matters SQL database (typically something like TimeMatters9), and the "owner" of the database (typically tm9user)

The User Manual will then walk you through the rest of the configuration. The two areas that will require the most work and knowledge will be determining your:

• SMTP server - this is the email server that is used for sending outgoing email
• Email address you need to use for your SMS messaging to your cell phone

The manual covers all you need for the the installation, and we have a msg2you Forum on this web site for any problems that you might experience.
 
Technical Requirements
The following are the technical requirements for msg2you:

• Time Matters Entrprise only (a Pro version may be developed if there is enough demand ... please let us know if you are a Pro user and have an interest in msg2you)
• A SMTP email account. Not all accounts will work. For example, the GoDaddy SMTP accounts don't work as the cell companies see it as a spamming SMTP server
• A mobile device that can receive SMS messages, or email
