MobileTM is priced as follows: - $300 for the server and administrator component, per year.
- $100 per User, per year.
For example, if your firm has 3 people who want to use SmartPhones to access their Time Matters data, the yearly fee is $600. The yearly fee covers all updates to the server/administrator component, and technical support. Because MobileTM uses a browser on the PDA, there is no software on the PDA that needs to be upgraded. Update the server, and the next time a PDA accesses MobileTM, the changes will be reflected. Your MobileTM licenses DO NOT have to match your Time Matters user licenses - if you have a 10 user Time Matters license, but only 3 people in your office have SmartPhones and want to access their data, you only need 3 MobileTM licenses. Additional consulting services are available to assist with connectivity and firewall issues. You must have Time Matters Enterprise version 7, 8 or 9 in order to use MobileTM. |

Ordering by fax is currently the only method for ordering MobileTM. Please note that Time Matters Enterprise version 7 or higher is required.
Please use the following steps to place your order: - Download and complete the MobileTM Order Form. Click on the order form to the right to open it in your browser; right click and select Save Target As ... to save it to your computer.
- Provide us a copy of your Time Matters serial number and licensing information using one of the two methods set out below:
- For Time Matters 7, open Time Matters
- Go to Help > System Information
- Press Print ... you will fax us the first page only
- For any Time Matters 7, 8, or 9 open Time Matters
- Go to Help > About Time Matters (you will now be able to see the serial number and licensing information)
- Hit the Print Screen (prt sc) button at the top right of your keyboard
- Open Word or WordPerfect
- Press Ctrl-V to paste the screenshot into the document
- The Time Matters screen should now appear in your document
- Print the document
- Fax the completed order form and system information page or screenshot to 815-301-9588.
You will receive an email with a product code and instructions for downloading the application within 48 hours or two business days of receipt of your order. |

Returns & Refunds Refund of the User license price of MobileTM is available within 30 days of the first purchase of MobileTM. The license price for the Server component is non-refundable. To receive a refund, call 919-677-1415 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and instructions on how OTB will remove the application from your server. A refund will be issued within 30 days of receipt of your return.
Services in addition to those that are included with the purchase of MobileTM are non-refundable (e.g., if an OTB consultant spends an hour working with you on configuring your firewall, routers, or server).
Technical Support Technical support on MobileTM is available by calling 919-827-4773. - Networking and computer problems should be referred to your local computer consultant.
- General Time Matters issues should be directed to LexisNexis Tech Support in accordance with their policies and procedures and pursuant to your agreement with them (see http://www.timematters.com/support/).
