Implementation

1.   All BKexpress editions require Time Matters (or Practice Advantage) Enterprise v. 9 or higher. Installation of Time Matters is not included in the BKexpress subscription fee. Time Matters installation is available for $195, plus $45 per workstation. 2.   BKexpress Basic Edition is licensed on an annual subscription basis for $195 per user, which includes the installation of BKexpress. Installation and BKexpress training (not training in basic Time Matters functions, which is a prerequisite, and is available below), are included in the subscription fee.

3.   BKexpress Basic Edition is designed to be self-trainable. The BKexpress Basic Edition training manual and one hour of online training are included in the subscription fee.

5.   Online Time Matters basic training is available for $495 for three hours, which covers contacts, cases, calendar, events, todo's, and phone records, and includes the OTB Consulting Time Matters Training Manual.

9.   The BKexpress Signature Macro System, which provides Word or WordPerfect signature macros for letters and pleadings, and includes the scanned image of each signature, and can be used both in conjunction with the BKexpress document assembly system and non-BKexpress documents, is available for $95, plus $25 per signing user.
