BKexpress Basic Edition is sold on an annual subscription license basis. The number of licensed users must match the number of the firm's Time Matters licensed users. If you increase your Time Matters user licenses in the future, you MUST increase your BKexpress Basic Edition licenses, pro rata.

To order BKexpress Basic Edition, return the accompanying order form with the Help >  About information as set forth below. If you do not have Time Matters installed, and therefore cannot provide the Help > About information, indicate that in the Special Instructions area of the order form. Please use the following steps to place your order:

• Click and print the thumbnail of the order form to the right to order.
• Provide us a copy of your Time Matters serial number and licensing information using one of the two methods set out below:
• Go to Help > System Information
• Press Print ... you will fax us the first page only, or
• Go to Help > About Time Matters (you will now be able to see the serial number and licensing information)
• Hit the Print Screen (prt sc) button at the top right of your keyboard
• Open Word or WordPerfect
• Press Ctrl-V to paste the screenshot into the document
• The Time Matters screen should now appear in your document
• Print the document

Returns & Refunds

Refund of the full purchase price of BKexpress Basic Edition Subscription Agreement license is available within 60 days of delivery of purchase, on the condition that OTB Consulting is permitted to uninstall BKexpress Basic Edition and you agree not to attempt to reinstall it. The cost of any other services or products, such as installation, training, or other software, is NON-REFUNDABLE.
