Your site must meet the following technical requirements: 

• Time Matters Enterprise (MSDE or full SQL) v. 6 or higher.
• Windows .Net 1.1 or higher (check via Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs) on the computer on which TMTools is installed.
• Logged in user must have Power User or greater rights on the computer on which TMTools is installed.
• High-speed (DSL, cable, or faster) Internet connection.
