Barbara is our PCLaw expert. She was employed by PCLaw for more than 10 years. Her last position was Training Director. During her tenure she trained hundreds of law firms to use PCLaw as their billing anwasaccounting system, and managed their conversions from other systems.
She developed PCLaw’s written and video training materials. Prior to joining PCLaw, she worked for an accounting firm where she supervised law firm bookkeepers who used PCLaw at their firms. She has more than 20 years experience in training end-users in computer programs, and is a frequent bar CLE speaker. She holds B.S. degrees in both Mathematics and Education. She is a PCLaw and Time Matters Certified Independent Consultant. Her experience managing the process of converting firms to PCLaw from other systems, or from no system, will make your transition to PCLaw as smooth and painless as possible. |
