There is a lot to like:

• I really like the Visual Voice Mail. Basically, you press a button, put your voice mail code in, and you are then given a email inbox view of all the messages that are waiting for you. Without having to dial in and press a bunch of numbers and codes, you can easily listen to your messages, forward them, delete them, or archive them for future use (I finally archived for posterity some great messages my young sons have left me the past 2 years while I was travelling ... this was fairly simple to do). There is a cost from Verizon for this service ... $3.00 per month. But, it is worth it to me. Here is a video that shows you how Visual Voice Mail works.
  
  
• The volume is great ... especially the Speaker Phone volume. And, unlike my Treo, the speaker is on the front of the unit not on the back where it kills the volume.
  
  
• As the reviews indicate, it works great as a phone. Sounds better than my Treo and the Razor I had before that.
