While Time Matters is the most user deployable program you will find, there are times when assistance may be needed to get the program installed. We can help work with you on making sure your servers are properly configured, your workstations and network are ready for reliable use with a database program, and that your implementation plan is sound. Additionally, if you are upgrading from a previous version of Time Matters, or moving Time Matters from one server to another, we have helped dozens of firms upgrade and move and can help you make it a seamless and uneventful upgrade.
 
Data Conversion
When implementing Time Matters Software you may have data from other applications that you want to import. Time Matters has numerous standard data import wizards to help you import information from programs like Amicus Attorney, Abacus, Outlook, ACT, Goldmine, TABS III, PCLaw, Timeslips, and the like.  We can handle these data conversion needs seamlessly.

OTB can also provide more advanced data conversion from most any database application or document store. This more advanced level of conversion typically entails the development of custom conversion applications to fully collect, scrub and integrate the data into Time Matters. We have imported millions of our clients' records into Time Matters from GroupWise, ECCO, Outlook, Perfect Law, Junior Partner, our clients’ document folders, and many other sources.
 
Firm-specific Customization and Support
We can assist you with the customization you need for your firm. We have done the complex to the simple. If we offer a OTB Practice Template in your area of law, we would highly recommend starting with that. Our Templates our designed to provide anywhere from 50% -100% of the customization you will need. Once the OTB Practice Template is installed you may find that may need additional firm-specific customization. We’d be happy to help.
